When a rare newt is found in the pond in Zoe's garden, it looks like her cottage is safe. Fred, however, has other ideas.

The Hamelfield Christmas Fayre

Sean hates Christmas, so he's less than keen to spend the holiday with his grandfather, who loves nothing more than dressing up as Santa for the annual village fayre. He's also not happy to be asked to help Lyra, who's been tasked with organising the fayre, after the previous organisers have let the village down. 

And he's especially unhappy when Grandad falls ill, and Sean is volunteered to be Santa in his place...
